A BAMBOO PRODUCT
When we launched our first bamboo product, bamboo straw, onto the market in 2018, the choice of available bamboo items was very limited. We quickly realized that in order to promote bamboo as a raw material, we needed to be able to offer a wide selection of high-quality bamboo products to our clients.
At BambooVison, we are investing in new machinery and growing a teamskilled in inventing innovative bamboo goods. We wired our bamboo product line, which includes bamboo straws, bamboo kitchen equipment, bamboo household items, and bamboo furniture.
Even after developing a pool of over 200 bamboo goods for our customers, we just couldn't meet all of their requirements, and many of them were frantic to find a suitable supplier for the unique items they needed. Some of the items have never been manufactured using bamboo before, and none of the accessible manufacturers have the resources to assist them in the process due to a lack of expertise and willingness to produce smaller test batches for new products.
BambooVision aspires to push and produce new innovative items that can use bamboo as a replacement products for other materials such as plastic and wood. That is why we developed a procurement procedure to help our clients customize and design new bamboo goods. We include our clients from the concept, to the blueprint, to the manufacturing of initial examples - ensuring satisfaction throughout.

When clients come to us with a concept, we want the intellectual property to be safeguarded for them by signing an NCNDA. It does not belong to us; all of the designs, blueprints, and samples belong to our clients. We are merely aiding them in their development.

We will ask our clients several questions, and then our team will analyze the provided information.

Our team of engineers will provide our clients with comments on technical issues, ideas, and what can and cannot be done.

3D DESIGN & BLUEPRINT

The base price is 150 USD. (Prices vary according to the complexity of the bamboo item.)

When the consultation is over and our customer understands exactly what they want - our design team will begin drawing a blueprint for them.

Our team develops a 3D model of the bamboo items for our customers once the blueprint is approved.

The blueprint and 3D model are both the client's intellectual property.

SAMPLE PRODUCTION

We don't have a minimum order quantity; our customers can get as many samples as they wish, although we generally recommend a minimum of two pieces. The price of the samples varies depending on the complexity of the bamboo item.

We will assist with the export and import paperwork once the samples are completed.

The sample is also owned by the client. We do not manufacture your bamboo product for our product pool or any other customer unless we have an agreement in place with the intellectual property owner.

MASS PRODUCTION

Once our customer has received the blueprint, 3D model, and sample, he or she can opt to have mass production done with us or another bamboo manufacturer.

Our goal is to promote bamboo manufacturing by making the bamboo product development process as accessible and inexpensive to as many people as possible.
EL GAUCHO is a favorite project of ours, where we created and produced new items for their restaurant chain that match with their concept and reflect a more sustainable image.
We replaced their bar front items with new bamboo bar items, bamboo dishes, bamboo trays, bamboo dish holders, bamboo lids... and more bamboo goods for their daily operations.
